The MedArt VariMedTM 810 nm Diode Laser System combines laser with a 3D-scanner and a cooling system. The VariMed system is developed to offer safe, effective, and efficient treatment opportunities for various vascular lesions, transcutaneous leg vein treatments, and hair removal on all body areas. Moreover, the VariMed system provides an option for surgical endovenous vein treatment by using a special adaptor and a bare fiber. How it Works
The MedArt VariMed system consists of a 810 nm diode laser, the MedArt 3D scanner and the MedArt cooling system. The MedArt 3D scanner, with the ideal weight of 290 g, places a series of 9 spots of each 8 mm diameter, within the large 5.7cm2 treatment area. Controls on the scanner itself enable the scan pattern to be changed conveniently to a single line or a 8 mm spot for treating smaller areas as well as enabling power adjustment options. In addition, the attached sapphire window provides pre, parallel and post treatment cooling. Treatment safety is guaranteed by the effective combination of super long pulse technology and contact cooling. The MedArt VariMed system provides a convenient and fast hair removal treatment, for instance, a man’s full back is treated in only 30 minutes.

The MedArt VariMedTM 810 nm Diode Laser System is a complete system including the MedArt Scanner and the MedArt cooling system. The VariMed can also be used for endovascular treatments of Vena saphena magna and Vena saphena parva by using an optical fiber, making VariMed the complete vascular treatment system. The MedArt 3D Scanner provides different scanner patterns: square, line, and single spot. MedArt designed the integrated contact cooling system which incorporates a focused handpiece with a sapphire glass cooling window to enable more comfortable treatment of larger vessels. The MedArt Ouick Safe Connect (QSC) is created to minimize the risk of optical damages in fiber connection.
